nbazee Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the nbazee website available at https://nbazee.biz and all associated services, tools, and features operated by nbazee.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the nbazee Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on the nbazee Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole account currency used on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by nbazee to Players.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus or deposit amount must be staked before a withdrawal can be processed.
• "Game Providers" means third-party software studios including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi whose games are made available through the Platform.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction placed on a Player's Account that prevents access to the Platform for a specified or indefinite period.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the nbazee Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by nbazee, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, sports betting, fishing arcade games, and crash games.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other document on the Platform, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

nbazee reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via email or an on-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

Access to the nbazee Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will, and are not doing so under any duress or external pressure.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You do not hold an existing nbazee Account under any name or identity.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the nbazee Platform.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, and the Account you register is solely for your own personal use.

nbazee reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by nbazee may result in Account suspension or termination and withholding of funds pending investigation.

4. Account Registration

Each Player may register only one Account on the nbazee Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information and must promptly update any details that change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. nbazee will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must contact support at [email protected] immediately.

nbazee reserves the right to refuse Account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the nbazee Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash
• Nagad
• Rocket
• Upay
• Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL)
• BRAC Bank
• City Bank
• Visa and Mastercard (where available)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may apply depending on your payment method and Account verification status. nbazee does not charge its own fees on standard transactions; however, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own charges, for which nbazee accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed by nbazee during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your nbazee Account within minutes of a confirmed payment. Withdrawal processing times vary but are typically completed within 15 to 60 minutes for verified Accounts during normal operating hours.

nbazee reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds or where unusual account activity is detected. Such checks may delay withdrawal processing. nbazee will notify affected Players and request any required documentation within a reasonable timeframe.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments — deposits or withdrawals made on behalf of another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

nbazee offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented to the Player.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 18 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per Player, per household, and per device/IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each bonus is stated in the offer terms.
• nbazee reserves the right to specify which games or game categories contribute to Wagering Requirements, and at what percentage. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a different rate than slots.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting unless otherwise stated. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• nbazee reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any Player suspected of exploiting bonuses — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic low-risk play designed solely to clear wagering requirements — may have their bonus voided and Account investigated.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the nbazee Platform are governed by the rules applicable to the specific game or event on which the bet is placed. Rules for each game are available within the game interface. For sports betting markets, the applicable rules are displayed alongside each market prior to bet placement.

Once a bet has been confirmed by the nbazee system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. In the event that a bet is accepted in error due to a technical fault or manifest pricing error, nbazee reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Player's Account. nbazee's decision in such matters is final.

nbazee reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any Player's Account at any time, including maximum stake limits, maximum win limits, and market-specific restrictions. Such limits may be applied without prior notice.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or bet, the result recorded in the nbazee system at the time of settlement shall be final, subject to any investigation nbazee deems necessary. Queries relating to bet settlements must be raised with support within 72 hours of the relevant event.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nbazee Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all associated funds:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person to circumvent registration restrictions.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Sharing your Account credentials with any other person or allowing a third party to operate your Account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward nbazee staff or other Players.
• Any other conduct that nbazee, in its sole and reasonable judgment, considers to be detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or harmful to other Players.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the nbazee Platform — including but not limited to the nbazee brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of nbazee or its licensed Game Providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to copying, distributing, modifying, reproducing, or creating derivative works based on any Platform content, nor to using any nbazee branding or game content for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorised use of nbazee's intellectual property may result in Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nbazee and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

nbazee makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions, or that it will meet your particular requirements. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

In all circumstances, nbazee's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their nbazee Account in the 30-day period preceding the relevant claim.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

nbazee collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

nbazee implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption, to protect your personal data during transmission and storage. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal information to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by nbazee at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We will respond to all legitimate data-subject requests within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Responsible Gaming

nbazee is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all adult Players. We offer a suite of responsible gaming tools that are available to every Account holder free of charge, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a defined period of time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a voluntary exclusion from the Platform for a minimum of six months or indefinitely. Once activated, Self-Exclusion cannot be reversed for the specified period.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

nbazee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity, age, or address verification documents when requested.
• Repeated or severe prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• A Player's own request to close their Account.
• Activation of a Self-Exclusion request.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, nbazee will notify the affected Player and provide reasonable opportunity to respond before a final determination is made. Where an Account is closed due to confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part following investigation, subject to applicable legal requirements.

A Player who wishes to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Any eligible remaining balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following Account closure, subject to the completion of any active Wagering Requirements on bonus funds.

14. Amendments to These Terms

nbazee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, nbazee will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request Account closure. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online services accessed within Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaint resolution process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.

Players who have a complaint about the nbazee service are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance. We aim to resolve all player complaints within five working days. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the Player may seek independent dispute resolution through any competent authority available under applicable Bangladesh law.
